German optics manufacturer, ZEISS, have launched their new VICTORY RF binoculars. RF standing for Rangefinder System, is a laser rangefinder with an integrated real-time ballistics computer.
The ZEISS Victory RF, takes into consideration all of the relevant factors with the aid of the ZEISS Hunting App, which ensure precise shot placement at any distance.
The Victory RF comes in 8×42 and 10×42 which are models primarily made for daylight use and the 8×54 and 10×54 are more suitable for use in twilight situations. The rangefinder system determine precise targets at distances up to a maximum of 2,300metres, with calculation outputs within seconds.
Synchronization between the Victory RF binoculars and the ZEISS Hunting App by the aid of a smartphone is done by means of Bluetooth. Taking into consideration factors such as distance, temperature and air pressure (in respect to altitude) when making calculations. Within the same Hunting App, up to nine personalised ballistics data can be saved in the App’s dedicated storage and transferred per the shooters desire to the binoculars.
